Subaru's new 'S' series packs a punch Performance engineering doesn't come any better than from Subaru and now with the new Impreza S series the very best is available on the road.

The new S series combines the technological excellence for which Subaru is renowned, with the motorsport pedigree that has seen success around the globe for Prodrive and the Subaru World Rally Team. There are two exciting new members of the special edition Impreza range. Both have had thousands of pounds worth of Prodrive upgrades, boosting the power, further enhancing the looks and sharpening the handling to deliver an unrivalled driving experience.

The Impreza WRX S offers £4,500 worth of extras for a £2,500 premium OTR. The power has been increased from 230PS to 255PS, while the torque has been pumped to a whopping 390Nm. With a top speed of 130mph, 0-62 is now 5.5secs, over half a second quicker than the already-rapid WRX. The model also comes with 18" inch GT1 anthracite alloy wheels with Hi spec Pirelli P-Zero Nero 225/40 tyres, an STI front grille, STI front lip spoiler and STI rear wing and body-coloured tailgate moulding.
